1. Return Window
You may return most items within 3 to 7 calendar days from the date of delivery (the “Return Period”).
3 days for certain electronics or high-value items (as specified on product pages or during checkout).
7 days for general items.
Returns after this period are generally not accepted, except for defective items (see below).
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or refund:
The item must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, packaging, accessories, manuals, and seals intact (where applicable).
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt/invoice) is required.
The item must not be personalized, custom-made, or fall under non-returnable categories.
3. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items
Opened hygiene/personal care products.
Software, digital downloads, or activated licenses.
Items marked “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page.
Damaged items due to customer misuse or improper handling.
Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:
Contact us immediately (within the Return Period and preferably within 48 hours of delivery).
Provide photos and description of the issue.
We will arrange inspection/collection (where applicable) and offer repair, replacement, or full refund (including original shipping fees if the fault is ours).
For manufacturing defects, warranty claims may apply per the manufacturer’s terms.
5. Return Process

Await approval and return instructions (we may provide a return label or pickup arrangement in Nairobi or select areas).
Ship/return the item to the address provided (customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error).
Once received and inspected (usually within 3–7 business days), we will process your refund or exchange.
6. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (processing time: 5–14 business days depending on your bank/payment provider).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
If approved, we refund the product price + any applicable taxes.
7. Exchanges
If available, we may offer an exchange for the same or similar item (subject to stock). Contact us to check availability.
8. Additional Notes
All returns are subject to inspection.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet conditions.
